New Bedford fentanyl trafficker sentenced

FALL RIVER, Mass. (WLNE) — A Braintree man who was arrested with nearly 500 grams of fentanyl was sentenced to six to six-and-a-half years in state prison last week.
Robinson Paradis-Feliz pleaded guilty to the charge of fentanyl trafficking.
New Bedford police stopped Paradis-Feliz’s vehicle on June 27, 2019 at approximately 5 p.m. and located a pink Victoria’s Secret gift bag stabled shut.
Once opened, the bag was found to contain 493 grams of fentanyl.
Paradis-Feliz was also arrested for drugs delivered through the U.S. Postal Service to his home in Norfolk County.
The U.S. Attorney’s Office then adopted the Norfolk case and resolved it for a six year, nine month federal prison sentence.
