New Bedford Police investigating after gunshot victim found at hospital

NEW BEDFORD, Mass. (WLNE) — The New Bedford Police Department said it is investigating after a man was found at the hospital with a gunshot wound on Tuesday.

Around 3 p.m., police said a male victim arrived at St. Luke’s Hospital with a gunshot wound deemed “non-life threatening.”

Officials said the incident reportedly happened at the intersection of Chancery Street and Emerson Street.
