New Bedford Police investigating shots fired incident

NEW BEDFORD, Mass. (WLNE) — The New Bedford Police Department said detectives are investigating after a shots fired incident Monday afternoon.

Police responded to Circuit Street near Rockdale Ave. around 3:30 p.m. for reports of shots fired.

Investigation confirmed that shots were fired and that a residence was damaged.

Nobody was injured.

The incident remains under investigation.
