New lane and ramp closures announced as Dartmouth plane crash investigation continues

DARTMOUTH, Mass. (WLNE) — There are new closings on I-195 in Dartmouth due to the investigation into Monday morning’s fatal plane crash on the highway median.

The Massachusetts Department of Transportation (MassDOT) announced that the high-speed lanes on both the eastbound and westbound sides at the exit 19 ramp will be closed.

The exit 19B ramp on I-195 westbound will also close.

The investigation will continue until 8 p.m. Tuesday, at which time the closures will be lifted.
