Newport funeral set for couple killed in Dartmouth plane crash

NEWPORT, R.I. (WLNE) — Funeral services have been announced for the Middletown couple killed in Monday’s plane crash in Dartmouth.

Thomas and Agatha Perkins both died when their plane went down on 195 shortly after taking off from New Bedford.

According to the O’Neill Hayes Funeral Home, a joint funeral service will be held in Newport Wednesday morning followed by a private burial.

The National Transport Safety Board is still investigating the crash.
