Newport police seek jewelry shoplifting suspect

NEWPORT, R.I. (WLNE) — Newport police are asking for public assistance in identifying a shoplifting suspect who is accused of stealing $228 worth of jewelry from a city store.

The suspect, a middle-aged white female carrying two small dogs, allegedly stole the items from Kiel James Patrick’s flagship store in Newport.
