Nice Sunday but Active Midweek
Easter Sunday is shaping up to be another great weekend day weather-wise! After some early cloudiness, we will clear to sunny skies. Easter Sunrise services are looking to be chilly at 38 degrees at sunrise 6:29 and dry. Sunday highs will top out near 58. Monday will have increasing clouds with a chance of showers in the afternoon. Monday’s highs will be cooler- closer to 50. After a dry night Monday, Tuesday starts with clouds and rain will arrive by noon and stay with us through Thursday. Wednesday looks breezy and even cooler with highs in the lower 40s. The tricky part of the week’s forecast is Thursday. Wednesday night into Thursday morning, we will mix in cold air from Canada and this may mix the rain with or even over to a period of snow. The Thursday morning commute could become difficult as a result. Any frozen precipitation goes over to all rain for the afternoon. It will be windy as well with gusts possible to 40 mph. Rain ends Thursday overnight and Friday will be dry. Next weekend looks good too with sunshine and highs back in the lower-50s.
