PROVIDENCE, R.I. (WLNE) — Noodles 102 in Providence has announced that they will be closing on June 8 due to the effects of the Washington Bridge.

The business, which has been operating for 17 years, announced on Instagram that they would be closing its doors due to the “harsh economic conditions and the I-95 bridge repairs.”

“Noodles is more than just a restaurant – it has been home to so many over the years. It has seen families grow, several proposals, hundreds of birthdays and graduations, thousands of nights shared with friends, and so much more,” the owners wrote in their post.

Owners Mustafa and Linda Kuscu asked residents to join them in their last week of being opened, and said there would be updates on what Noodles 102 would become in the fall.
