NORAD tracks Santa for 68th year

Visitors can track Santa on Christmas Eve online or over the phone

PROVIDENCE, R.I. (WLNE) — The North American Aerospace Defense Command said it is ready to track Santa for the 68th year on Christmas Eve Sunday.

NORAD launched its Santa tracking website on Dec. 1, which features a holiday countdown, games, movie theater, holiday music, and web store.

Trackers can also call 1-877-HI-NORAD to ask live operators about Santa’s location from 6 a.m. to midnight MST, and can track Santa on the website from 4 a.m. to midnight MST.

The tracker is also available on the App Store and Google Play.
