North Kingstown to celebrate town’s 350th anniversary at State House
NORTH KINGSTOWN, R.I. (WLNE) — North Kingstown will be taking center stage at the State House Thursday, commemorating 350 years of history, community and growth.
Local leaders, organizations and residents have gathered to celebrate this incredible milestone, and it all started with a special presentation inside.
The event will kick off Thursday afternoon with a showcase of local organizations overlooking the rotunda, giving visitors a chance to connect with the community.
Before the house session, North Kingstown town officials, including town manager A. Ralph Mollis and town council president Greg Mancini, will be giving remarks, alongside Representative Robert Craven.
This is all in efforts to highlight the premiere of the official 350th anniversary video, produced locally to honor the town’s past and future.
It’s a big day for North Kingstown, and it’s not just about reflecting on history, it’s about looking ahead to the next chapter.
