North Providence police ask for public’s help solving 2023 murder

Police are looking for the killer of Claire Flynn (North Providence PD)

NORTH PROVIDENCE, R.I. (WLNE) — The North Providence Police Department is asking for the public’s help in finding the person responsible for a 2023 murder.

Police are investigating the homicide of Claire Flynn, who was found murdered in her North Providence home back on Dec. 20, 2023.

Flynn was a retired nurse for the Department of Corrections.

Detectives are asking anyone with information about Flynn’s personal relationships in 2023 to contact police.
