North Providence Police searching for missing 16-year-old

NORTH PROVIDENCE, R.I. (WLNE) — The North Providence Police Department is asking for the public’s assistance in locating a missing 16-year-old girl.

16-year-old Divyne Smith was described as 5’7 with a tan complexion.

Divyne’s mother said she was last seen on a ring camera leaving her home on May 17.

She added that Divyne is known to frequent North Providence, Pawtucket, and Broad Street in Providence, and will often ride RIPTA for transportation.
