North Providence police seeking weekend purse-snatching suspect

NORTH PROVIDENCE, R.I. (WLNE) — Police in North Providence are asking for public assistance in a weekend purse-snatching case.

The victim’s purse was stolen from 787 Lounge on Mineral Spring Avenue over Valentine’s Day weekend, according to North Providence police.

Police were able to obtain footage of the incident and shared a photo of the suspect, who the department is seeking to charge with larceny.
