Odin Lloyd’s friend testifies in Hernandez Trial

FALL RIVER, MA- Odin Lloyd’s mom couldn’t hold back tears watching night club surveillance video of her son– two days before he was murdered.
That night, Lloyd and four friends, including his closest bud, Akil Joseph went to
Aaron Hernandez was also at the club. He dodged a fan’s cell phone camera.
Video outside the club showed Lloyd walking off camera leaving his friends but he returned moments later.
The day after the club, Lloyd visited Joseph at his home and said he seemed his usual self but he was driving a black Suburban he’d never seen before.
Later that afternoon, Joseph called Odin to get marijuana for a friend. When asked by prosecutors if Lloyd was good at rolling blunts, Joseph said yes.
Hernandez was known to smoke weed with Lloyd.
Joseph said although he knew Lloyd was dating the sister of Hernandez’s fiancée. He’d never seen him before.
Prosecutors have previously said Hernandez got angry with Lloyd that night, but so far there’s been no testimony about what happened.
