Officials suggest 195 test traffic patterns having positive impact

PROVIDENCE, R.I, (WLNE) — Test traffic patterns on I-195 west will stay in effect for at least another day.

According to officials, these test patterns could be having a positive impact on neighborhoods near the onramps.
