Olneyville New York System auctioning off original store signs for charity

PROVIDENCE, R.I. (WLNE) — A local landmark is giving its customers a chance to own a piece of Rhode Island history.

Olneyville New York System will be auctioning off six original restaurant neon panels taken down in 2022 for a newly fabricated replacements.

100% of the winning bid proceeds will be donated to the Rhode Island Community Food Bank.

They will be listed for local pick up but can be shipped at the winning bidder’s expense.
