One dead in highway crash in Mansfield
MANSFIELD, Mass. (WLNE) — An occupant of a vehicle involved in a two vehicle crash Thursday morning on 95 North in Mansfield was killed in the accident, according to Massachusetts State Police (MSP).
The incident occurred at approximately 12:40 a.m. where MSP said a sedan drove into the rear of a box truck.
An occupant of the sedan was killed in the crash.
MSP closed the middle and right travel lanes at mile marker 12.2 to conduct the investigation.
The Bristol State Police Detectives Unit, Collision Analysis and Reconstruction Section, Crime Scene Services and the Commercial Vehicle Enforcement Section also responded to the scene.
