One injured after being shot in Providence
PROVIDENCE, R.I. (WLNE) — A woman is in the hospital after being shot on Chalkstone Avenue in Providence.
According to officials, police arrived overnight at Roger Williams Medical Center to find a 21-year-old had been shot in the upper arm.
The woman was transported to Rhode Island Hospital, and is in stable condition.
Police are investigating the incident.
