More than two years after their son’s death, a Pawtucket couple is outraged to learn that his organs did not end up where they thought they were going.

When Bill and Doris Greenwood’s 45-year-old son David suddenly died two years ago from a brain aneurysm, they were asked if they wanted to donate his organs.

They agreed, but only had one request to help people only in the United States.

Their son was very patriotic and that was his last wish.

This month, they just found out that the New England Organ Bank sent some of his organs all over the world.

The bank blames a computer glitch.

He and his wife are now considering suing the organ bank.
