Ortiz appeared in Fall River superior court for pretrial hearing

An associate of former Patriot Aaron Hernandez makes a court appearance Thursday afternoon.
Carlos Ortiz had a pretrial hearing in Fall River superior court, he pleaded not guilty to being an accessory after the fact in the murder of Odin Lloyd.
His lawyers say Ortiz just happened to be in the wrong place at the wrong time.
