Our warm dry stretch continues

High pressure will continue to bring unseasonably warm and dry conditions for the next couple of days. We’ll see plenty of sunshine Sunday with highs climbing into the low 80s although slightly cooler, low to mid 70s along the south coast as we’ll be experiencing a light southerly breeze. Another mild night is in store for Sunday night but some low clouds and fog will creep in from the south coast toward daybreak and that’s how our Monday morning will start. Those low clouds and areas of fog will dry up by late morning with plenty of sunshine taking over for the afternoon with highs again near 80!

We stay warm on Tuesday, upper 70s, but there will be increasing clouds for the afternoon as a cold front approaches. That cold front will finally bring some rain Tuesday night that will end as showers during Wednesday morning. Unfortunately, right now it only looks like 1/4 to perhaps 1/2 inch of rainfall is coming our way. As the sky clears later Wednesday it will start turning cooler with highs near 70. Then by Thursday, it becomes much cooler (some real fall temperatures) as highs struggle to reach 60 under a good deal of sunshine! Although, just like last week that cool down will be short lived as we’ll be turning milder again heading into next weekend with plenty of sunshine.
