Out-of-network ATM fees rise

The average fees for using an out-of-network ATM rose 5% over the past year and are up nearly 25% over the past five years, according to a new report from Bankrate.com.
It now costs an average of $4.35 per transaction for going outside your network. The average overdraft fee is also up, to $32.74.
