Overall weather pattern improving going forward

Although a bit hazy due to a combination of wildfire smoke and high clouds, Wednesday was a pretty nice day – the lower humidity was certainly noticeable!

Thursday will be another nice summer day, but there is a very slight chance of a pop-up shower inland during the afternoon.

Friday we will be watching for thunderstorms during the PM hours. As of now, the models suggest that our stable marine air may keep most of the storms inland, but stay tuned.

Once we get over that small speedbump, we will kick of a very nice multi-day stretch of dry weather from the weekend well into next week!

Our remarkable atmospheric road block is beginning to break down. As a friend of mine put it, “the jet stream just needs a kick in the pants!”
