Part of Maple Street in Fall River converted into one-way

FALL RIVER, Mass. (WLNE) — The City of Fall River said that a portion of Maple Street was converted into a one-way on Dec. 4.

Fall River Mayor Paul Coogan said Maple Street, from June Street to North Main Street, was changed to a one-way heading west.

Additionally, June Street, from Prospect Street to Maple Street, was converted into a one-way heading south.

According to Coogan, the changes will improve traffic flow and road safety for Westall School students and staff.
