Part of Route 44 in Raynham to be closed overnight

RAYNHAM, Mass. (WLNE) — The Massachusetts Department of Transportation said crews will be performing overnight work on Route 44 at Paramount Drive in Raynham which will require a road closure.

The work will begin at 8:30 p.m. and is expected to conclude by 3:30 a.m. the next day.

The following detours will be in place during the work:

  • Drivers raveling on Route 44 eastbound should take the right turn onto Paramount Drive, continue to Route 44 eastbound, and take a right.
  • Drivers traveling on Route 44 westbound should take the left onto Paramount Drive, continue to Route 44 westbound, and turn left.

Drivers should use caution and expect delays.
