PAWTUCKET, R.I (WLNE) – Crews responded to a house fire on Newport Avenue in Pawtucket Sunday afternoon.

Officials say the fire started from a boiler and spread to the basement and first floor of the home.

No one is living inside of the home, firefighters told ABC6, as it looks to be getting remodeled.

It took firefighters approximately 30 minutes to knock down the flames.

The cause of the fire is currently under investigation.
