Pawtucket man sentenced to consecutive prison term for sexual assault, has separate pending case
PROVIDENCE, R.I. (WLNE) — A Pawtucket man recently convicted of the sexual assault of a juvenile female victim has been sentenced in Providence County Superior Court, according to the office of Rhode Island Attorney General Peter F. Neronha.
Johnnie Doe, 60, will serve 30 years in state prison to be followed by 40 years of probation following his April 14 conviction of three counts of first-degree sexual assault.
Doe’s sentencing hearing took place on Tuesday.
Doe was previously convicted of four counts of second-degree child molestation in 2022 and was sentenced to 12 years in the ACI.
These two sentences will now run consecutively, and Doe is also charged in a separate pending case with one count of first-degree child molestation.
Doe’s April conviction stems from incidents between 2014 and 2017 when he sexually assaulted the juvenile female victim who was known to him.
