Pawtucket Mayor Grebien announces reelection campaign

PAWTUCKET, R.I. (WLNE) — Pawtucket Mayor Donald Grebien announced his Reelection Campaign Monday.

Mayor Grebien shared in his speaking program the accomplishments he and the City have done over his previous terms, highlighting the improvements in education, public safety, construction, housing, transportation and more.

He said that although these accomplishments have helped the City to move forward, the work is not complete.

Mayor Grebien shared his ‘Agenda for Tomorrow’s Success’ for the next term:

  • Building the new Pawtucket Highschool
  • Completing the new soccer stadium and surrounding developments
  • Enhance links between the north and south ends of Downtown
  • Reviving the Apex site
  • Building a safety center
  • Continue the revitalization of public safety, safe roads, and clean park spaces
