Pawtucket Police arrest 2 on drug charges

PAWTUCKET, R.I. (WLNE) – Pawtucket Police arrested two individuals Wednesday after an ongoing investigation into illegal distribution of Heroin and Fentanyl.
Police executed a court-ordered search warrant at a Dexter Court address Wednesday
Sergio Ricard, 31, and Savanah Rosa, 22, were found with 70 grams of Heroin, 105 grams of Fentanyl, and 4.5 pounds of marijuana.
Police also seized packaging and distribution materials, $2,000 in US currency, and $17,000 of illegal narcotics.
Ricard and Rosa both face the following charges:
- Possession of Heroin with Intent to Deliver
- Possession of Fentanyl with Intent to Deliver
- Manufacturing Possessing Delivering Fentanyl 1oz.-1kg
- Manufacturing Possessing Delivering Heroin 10z-1kg
- Manufacturing Possessing Delivering Marijuana 1kg-5kg
- Distribution or Manufacturing in or Near School
- Maintaining a Common Nuisance
In addition, Ricard was charged with A Third or Subsequent Offense.
