Pawtucket Police investigating nighttime shooting

PAWTUCKET, R.I. (WLNE) — The Pawtucket Police Department said it was investigating a shooting that occurred around 10 p.m. on July 19.

Police said a person with gunshot wounds went to Fatima Hospital.

The victim was transported to another hospital for treatment, and was in “critical, but stable condition.”

The department said the shooting likely occurred on Prospect Street.
