Pawtucket police: Missing elderly man with dementia has been found

PAWTUCKET, R.I. (WLNE) — The Pawtucket Police Department said a man with dementia that was reported missing has been found.

Pawtucket police confirmed Carlos Castellanos, 76, has been found and is safe.

Police said on Thursday afternoon Castellanos left his home on Summer Street.

Rhode Island State Police did issue a Silver Alert for Castellanos that has since been cancelled.
