PAWTUCKET, R.I. (WLNE) — Pawtucket police responded to Main Street and Woodlawn Avenue Wednesday night for reports of a disturbance with shots fired, according to the Pawtucket Police Department.
At approximately 10 p.m., arriving officers were unable to find any subjects in the reported disturbance, but did find evidence of an apparent shooting.
A single car motor vehicle accident was called in at Main Street and Pawtucket Avenue a short time later, and arriving officers determined that the disturbance and accident were related.
