Pawtucket teen killed in motorcycle crash

NORTH ATTLEBORO, Mass. (WLNE) – A 16-year-old boy has died after a motorcycle crash early Wednesday morning in North Attleboro, according to the Bristol County District Attorney’s office.
Police say two motorcycles crashed at the intersection of East Washington street and Rt.1 around 3 a.m., according to District Attorney spokesman Gregg Miliote.
Xavier Miguel, 16, of Pawtucket was taken to Rhode Island Hospital where he was pronounced dead.
Police say there was a male and female on the other bike and they suffered minor injuries.
Massachusetts State Police are investigating the incident on behalf of the Bristol County District Attorney’s office.
According to Miliote, the investigation so far has determined that it appears the parties involved knew each other and were riding along side together.
North Attleboro Police are also investigating.
A cause hasn’t been determined yet.
