Pawtucket to host free bulky waste drop-off events

PAWTUCKET, R.I. (WLNE) — Living in Pawtucket and looking to make some space?
The City of Pawtucket will hold two free bulky waste drop-off events on June 15 and June 22.
The June 15 event will take place at the Pawtucket Transfer Station at 240 Grotto Avenue, and the June 22 event will take place at the Department of Public Works at 250 Armistice Blvd.
Both of these events will go from 8 a.m. until 1 p.m.
In order to participate, residents must present a valid license displaying an address in Pawtucket.
Items such as refrigerators, freezers, loose trash, construction or commercial waste will not be accepted.
