Pawtucket woman accused of stabbing former roommate given bail

PROVIDENCE, R.I. (WLNE) — A Pawtucket woman accused of stabbing her former roommate during a fight over a tattoo was given bail after her arraignment Thursday.
Glenda Requena Rosario, 41, appeared handcuffed to a wheelchair in Providence District Court.
She entered no plea and was ordered by a judge to not contact the victim.
She was given $10,000 bail.

Rosario faces domestic assault with a dangerous weapon and disorderly conduct charges in connection with a Wednesday night stabbing at 39 Lonsdale Ave.
Police say that the incident occurred over the suspect getting a tattoo from the victim’s boyfriend.
The victim was brought to Rhode Island Hospital with serious lacerations to her arm.
Police say she is stable.
Rosario will next appear in court on April 17, 2024.
