Person stabbed in New Bedford, suspect in custody

NEW BEDFORD, Mass. (WLNE) — A person was stabbed in New Bedford Wednesday night and a suspect is in custody.
The stabbing happened just before 7 p.m. at the intersection of County and Sawyer streets.
A video circulating on social media shows two suspects fleeing on scooters following an alleged altercation witnesses said started over a road rage incident.
The name of the suspect or victim was not immediately released. The victim’s condition remains unknown.
