Police have arrested a man in connection to an armed robbery in Warwick.
A clerk at Just Dan’s Convenience Store on Post Road told police that a man, described as a young Hispanic male wearing a black hooded sweatshirt and a bandana over his face, entered the store on January 2nd and pointed a gun at her.
The suspect, identified as Tylor Ryan, of Cranston, took about $2,000 cash from the safe and fled the store.
During the investigation police also arrested Erica Bertholic, of Providence, who is believed to be an associate of Ryan, though she is not believed to be involved in the armed robbery.
The store owner accused Bartholic of stealing $600 from the store on her first and only shift on November 28th. She never returned after that shift.
Ryan is charged with one count of first degree robbery. Bertholic is charged with one count of felony embezzlement.
