Police arrest man suspected of breaking into vehicles

Dartmouth, Mass. — Police arrested a man Monday afternoon in connection with a reported car break on Slocum Road.

An officer located 21-year-old Michael Daly of Dartmouth riding a bike where the 911 call had originated from.

Officials say that after speaking with Daly, a man arrived on the scene informing police that Daly had broken into his car and took his wallet.

During a brief investigation, the stolen property was found on Daly.

The 21-year-old was charged with breaking and entering into a car during the daytime for a felony, Larceny of a Credit Card, and Larceny Under $250.
