Police arrest suspect in Providence triple stabbing

PROVIDENCE, R.I. (WLNE) — The Providence Police Department said a suspect was arrested in connection with a triple stabbing that occurred on March 20.

39-year-old Desean Patterson was charged with felony assault.

The department said that officers responded Moy Street for reports of a disturbance and found three victims.

Police added that the victims were non-cooperative, and that all three were transported to the hospital for treatment of non-life-threatening injuries.
