Police ID Warwick bicyclist hit by car

Warwick police identify the bicyclist struck by a car Tuesday night.
53 year old Eduard Brum, of Warwick was taken to the Rhode Island hospital after being hit by Gina Pineda, 45, of Warwick, who was driving a 2005 Nissan Altima. He is in stable condition.
The investigation indicates that speed does not appear to be a factor and criminal charges are unlikely.
