Police identify victim in deadly Bridgewater crash

BRIDGEWATER, Mass. (WLNE) — Massachusetts State Police released the name of a victim in a deadly crash that took place on Interstate 495 on July 6.

74-year-old Lana Testa, of Mashpee, sustained fatal injuries after the car she was a passenger in veered into the median and hit several trees.

State police said the vehicle rolled over, started smoking, and landed on its roof with “several large trees” on top of it.

The driver of the car, a man in his 70s, was transported to Boston Medical Center with “critical injuries.”
