Police identify victim in Foxborough highway shooting, ask for assistance finding suspect

FOXBOROUGH, Mass. (WLNE) — Police have identified the victim in a fatal shooting on Interstate 95 in Foxborough that occurred Saturday night.

37-year-old Justin Parker, of North Attleboro, died after the driver of a dark-colored or black sedan fired multiple gunshots into his car around 10 p.m. near exit 17.

Parker’s vehicle then crashed into an SUV that was sent into the woods, and the car then hit the median.
