Police identify victim of Richmond crash

Richmond police identified a 16-year-old female involved in a fatal car accident that occurred Thursday, July 7th at 12:11 P.M. on route 138 near Usquepaugh Road.
Grace E. Hanlon, of Norwich, CT, died at South County Hospital after police say her 2007 Jeep Wrangler collided head-on with a 2010 Chevrolet Impala.
Hanlon’s father, Paul, age 50, of the same address, was flown to Rhode Island Hospital and is in fair condition.
