Police in Lincoln searching for suspect who shot car with BB gun

LINCOLN, R.I. (WLNE) — Police in Lincoln are searching for the person they say shot a car with a BB gun earlier this month.

According to Administrative Captain Kyle Wingate, on October 4, a suspect shot at the window of a car parked on Riverside Drive.

A resident in the area reached out and alerted ABC 6 News that a potential suspect was seen leaving the area on a bike shortly after the vandalism.

Lincoln Police said they are working on identifying the suspect at this time.
