Police investigate fatal crash in Middletown

Middletown, R.I. (WLNE) – A Newport man was killed in an accident while riding his scooter on Monday.

Police say 56-year-old Donald Boucher died from his injuries at Rhode Island Hospital.

The accident happened at the intersection of Valley Road and O’Neil Boulevard.

Police are still investigating the cause of the crash.
