Police investigating after man shot in New Bedford

NEW BEDFORD, Mass. (WLNE) — The New Bedford Police Department is investigating a shooting that took place around midnight on June 22.

The department said a man suffered a gunshot wound on County Street.

He was transported to the hospital and is in “stable condition.”
