Police investigating Providence stabbing

PROVIDENCE, R.I. (WLNE) — The Providence Police Department said it was investigating a stabbing that occurred on Aug. 8.

Officer arrived on Cranston Street around 6:30 p.m. to find a male victim.

He was transported to the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
