Police investigating road rage shots fired incident that ended in Cranston

CRANSTON, R.I. (WLNE) — Police are investigating a road rage incident that resulted in a gun being fired in Cranston Friday night.

Det. Sgt. Christopher LeFort of the Pawtucket Police Department said that Pawtucket police are still investigating a shots fired incident on Reservoir Avenue near the Route 10 ramp.

Major Todd Patalano said that state police made the traffic stop and Cranston police just assisted on scene.

LeFort added that it appeared that a gun was fired into a vehicle. There were no injuries.
