Police investigating shots fired at Stonington Estates in Norwich

NORWICH, Conn. (WLNE) — Police said a suspect is in custody after shots were fired at Stonington Estates in Norwich, Conn.

At least five shots were fired in the apartment building Monday night, according to police, who said the suspect appeared to be intoxicated.

Officials said no one was injured and police were not involved in the incident.

Detectives have been called in for an investigation, according to officials.
