Police investigating string of car break-ins in Warwick

WARWICK, R.I. (WLNE) – The Warwick Police Department is investigating a string of car break-ins in the neighborhood surrounding Pilgrim High School.

Police said that there were three confirmed break ins over the weekend.

Investigators aren’t sure if the same suspect was involved in all three incidents.

A person can be seen on multiple residents’ surveillance videos going car to car checking for unlocked doors.

One resident reported her car’s registration stolen along with other items that were inside.
